The TRI-SAR is the finest
professional grade helicopter hoistable rescue harness with dual
recovery capability. It is the first harness designed to combine
the security of a full body harness, comfort of a seat harness
and safety of integrated flotation. The newly designed full body
harness is constructed primarily of MIL-SPEC Types 8 and 13 nylon
webbing and features exclusive low profile, quick adjusting stainless
steel hardware. When hoisted, the upright slightly reclined seated
position allows total use of the rescuer's hands. Ideally suited
for rapid deployment-type missions in swift/cold water or cliff
type rescues. The Tri-Sar
incorporates newest techniques in weight distribution for superior
comfort due to our unique design and full support offered by
3" wide leg and waist straps versus the heavy, bulky pads.
Our integrated flotation vest features a low profile easy to
swim in design, with user variable buoyancy up to 35 lbs. Flotation
cell is encased entirely in a heavy weight, puncture/abrasion-resistant
nylon case. Due to its encased design, the cell requires no repacking
after use; simply deflate. Inflated manually with CO2 or orally
with air. Available in Orange or Black. Generous storage pockets
for critical rescue and emergency equipment are provided. Orange
vest has SOLAS grade retroreflective panels.
Utilizes a 33 gram CO2 cylinder

INFLATABLE RESCUE SWIMMER VEST
Designed to meet the needs of the US Coast Guard Surface Rescue
Swimmer. Combines the best features of a swimmer's harness and
those of an inflatable life preserver into one compact unit.
Harness is constructed of Type 8 and Type 13 MIL-SPEC webbing.
Hardware is 304 or 316 stainless; zipper & snaps are all
high strength plastic for corrosion resistance. Harness incorporates
a quick-release feature that allows the swimmer to easily release
a safety line should the need arise. A quick pull on the beaded
release lanyard opens the stainless steel snap shackle, thereby
releasing the safety line ring. Front zippered design and LSC's
Quick Release Safety Buckle. Waist adjustment (30" to 48")
with two front located stainless steel adjustor buckles. Flotation
cell is heavy weight, puncture abrasion resistant nylon case.
Due to its encased design, the cell requires no repacking after
use; simply deflate. Inflate with CO2 or orally with air, vest

PRO LITE VEST
Lightweight & extremely comfortable to wear. The #481 is
inflated by a sharp pull on the beaded CO2 inflator lanyard.
The vest can also be inflated orally and produces 35 lbs. of
buoyancy, the SOLAS standard for life vest buoyancy. Thirty-five
pounds is more than 1.5 times the buoyancy of a Type I PFD (US
Offshore Device) & more than twice the buoyancy of a Type
III PFD (Flotation Aid). The Pro-Lite Vest inflatable cell is
constructed of 200 denier polyurethane-coated nylon for rugged
durability & requires minimum maintenance. When inflated,
the orange cell exposes the SOLAS grade retroreflective markings
& attached whistle. The inflatable cell is protected with
a 1000 denier antron cover. Utilizes a 33 gram CO2 cylinder #484,
included.
Waist adjustment (30" to 48") is accomplished

QUICK STROP
Originally designed for the US Coast Guard, the LSC Quick Strop
is now available to all rescue activities. Constructed of MIL-SPEC
webbing and stainless steel hardware, the Quick Strop provides
a quick, safe means of hoisting uninjured personnel. The Strop
can be placed under the arms, around the back or over the head
of the survivor in one quick motion. To prevent the survivor
from slipping out, a slide buckle slides down the Strop and attaches
to an adjustable crotch safety strap which is stored in a zipper
pocket on the rear of the Strop. Instructions and pictorials
are printed on the Strop. Approved for use by the US Coast Guard.
#214
RESCUE STROP
The Rescue Strop is used to hoist uninjured personnel during
helicopter operations. The strop is placed under the arms and
across the back; the safety strap located on the outside is pulled
loose, placed over the arms, under the front of the strop and
attached across the front of the chest and adjusted to a snug
fit. The arms must remain down to prevent possible slippage during
hoisting. Pictorials are printed on the Strop. Personnel must
be trained in the proper safe use of this item. The Rescue Strop
is designed to be unaffected by repeated use in the marine environment;
constructed of nylon, closed-cell foam and stainless steel hardware.
Restricted to military use by trained personnel only. #216
PERSONAL RETRIEVAL STRAP
For recovery of uninjured people from the water. The length of
the Strap is sufficient for use from boats having freeboards
from 2 to 8 ft. The body loop is padded with closed cell foam.
The main strap is constructed of 6000# test black webbing.
The appropriately spaced hand loops provide easier, faster &
more secure lifting than when using a rope. #215
